Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on City Link Chauffeurs's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are subject to our acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion. A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are refunded in full
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-Show: Failure to use the service as booked will result in the full fare being charged

3.3 Modifications

Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability. You may modify your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes made within 24 hours may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment options. Payment must be received before or at the time of service.

4.2 Pricing

All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking is the price you will be charged unless additional services are requested.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extra stops beyond the initial route
  • Waiting time exceeding 15 minutes
  • Tolls and parking fees
  • Late-night surcharges (after 10 PM)
  • Special requests or requirements

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Service Standards

5.1 Vehicle Standards

Our vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. We maintain rigorous quality standards for all our vehicles and conduct regular inspections.

5.2 Driver Standards

Our drivers are professionally trained, courteous, and knowledgeable about local routes. All drivers undergo background checks and meet strict professional standards.

5.3 Punctuality

We aim to arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. In the event of unavoidable delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger using our services, you agree to:

  • Be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time
  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
  • Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
  • Not engage in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior
  • Not consume alcohol or use drugs during the service
  • Not smoke in our vehicles
  • Not damage or vandalize our vehicles
  • Report any accidents or incidents immediately

7. Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Limitation of Liability

City Link Chauffeurs is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles
  • Injuries or accidents during service unless caused by driver negligence
  • Indirect or consequential damages

7.2 Lost and Found

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Passengers should report lost items immediately. Items found will be held for 30 days before being disposed of.

7.3 Insurance

All our vehicles are insured in accordance with local regulations. Our insurance does not cover personal belongings or valuables left in vehicles.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Harassment or discrimination against our staff or other passengers
  • Using offensive or abusive language
  • Threatening or violent behavior
  • Illegal activities of any kind
  • Fraud or misrepresentation
  • Violation of others' privacy rights
  • Unauthorized use of our website or systems

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and potential legal action.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
